We have discovered that every ingredient you use and the energy you cook with affect the end result of the meal and how it makes you feel.  E.g Have you ever gone for the tub of ice cream when you are feeling down? Have you ever been emotional and then tried to change how you feel with food? What is the quality of the food that we choose when we are using it to avoid something that's coming up for us?
